Minnesota’s efforts to recapture the costs of accidents that create property damage to state assets generate millions of dollars annually. Historically, a standalone program has been the system of choice for recording and reporting. With the recent deployment of TAMS, Minnesota now has streamlined the damage restitution process by capturing all the data into one system.

You'll learn:
  • How TAMS is used to identify work orders that will later be linked to a damage claim
  • How to attach additional necessary documentation to a work order to properly file a claim
  • How the damage claims process can access system-of-record information for costing vs. manually updating costs
  • How TAMS allows the Damage Claims specialists to look for work orders across multiple modules without creating new sessions.
